She was born in Arizona, grew up in Utah, and has found herself in Wyoming via the military. Cyan is married and has 2 beautiful children. She loves going on walks, playing games, and baking with her family.
Cyan started working for Montessori in 2022. Her love and respect for each unique, individual child is what brought her to MSC. She enjoys helping children to become independent and grow within our community. Cyan has a few Montessori certificates, including a diploma in child psychology. She is always ready to learn more and improve her ability to be a strong teacher.

Ms. Lexy holds both a Bachelor’s and Associate degree in Psychology, which have strengthened her understanding of child development and guided her passion for early education. After moving from Texas to Wyoming with her husband, who serves in the military, she began her journey as a floater and quickly grew into the role of Lead Toddler Teacher. Ms. Lexy loves watching her students grow as a whole—socially, emotionally, and intellectually—and finds joy in seeing how they learn from one another each day. She believes every child brings something special to the classroom, and she feels honored to be part of their learning journey.

I have been at MSC since 2018. I left for a year and came back. I started as an afternoon assistant then quickly realized the Montessori philosophy was my passion and was able to become a lead assistant for three years. When I came back to MSC I was a lead assistant again and got the opportunity to become a lead teacher. I got my teaching credentials from the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies. I have now had my own classroom for two years. I love the Montessori philosophy, and guiding students with it. My goals for the classroom are to create a fun, loving and joyful environment for the students to develop further in.

Taylor Keast is a lifelong learner who believes in the immense potential of children. She engages whole heartedly in her work at MSC, since 2020, and in her play at home. She loves the Montessori philosophy that allows children to learn at their own pace. She lives with her husband, two children, and their red heeler here in Cheyenne.
